Aeonian Ovia Privacy Policy

Aeonian Ovia & Elevate with Stefan (“Aeonian Ovia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by AO Consulting Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our mission shapes how we handle your information: with honesty, with care, and without the legal fog that usually fills documents like this one.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.aeonianovia.com and/or elevatewithstefan.com, engage with our programs and services, or work with us as a client — and what we do (and don’t do) with it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the site, and through the third-party tools we use to run our business. Specifically:

Information you give us directly

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, when you fill out a contact or inquiry form, schedule an appointment, or apply to a program.
  • Business information — details about your business, operations, and the people who work in it, which may include financial information (revenue, pricing, profitability, budgets), staffing and personnel details (roles, team structure, performance or personality assessments, compensation discussions), internal challenges or conflicts, strategic plans, branding and marketing assets, client and customer information, and other sensitive operational details you share with us through forms, applications, discovery calls, or consulting and counseling sessions. Because our work often requires an honest, in-depth look at how your business runs, this information can be more detailed and more sensitive than a typical inquiry form — we treat it accordingly.
  • Application and membership information — information submitted when you apply to or join one of our programs, communities, or memberships.
  • Payment information — if you purchase a membership, program, or service, your payment is processed through third-party payment and billing platforms. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number.
  • Scheduling information — when you book an appointment or session with us through our scheduling tools, we collect the details needed to confirm and manage that appointment.
  • Communications — anything you send us directly, including emails, messages, and notes from consulting or coaching sessions.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, time spent on the site, browser type, device type, ip address, and referring website.
  • Cookies and pixels — see Section 4, “Cookies and Tracking Technologies,” below.

Information from third parties

We work with a small set of trusted platforms to run our business, and information may pass through them as part of that work. These currently include business operations and CRM software, payment processors, form and survey tools, video hosting platforms, advertising and analytics tools, and the social media platforms where we maintain a presence.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to do the work we exist to do — helping businesses and entrepreneurs gain time, money, and influence. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, and deliver the services you’ve requested
  • Provide business counseling, consulting, coaching, and related services as part of an active client engagement
  • Process payments and manage billing for paid programs and memberships
  • Communicate with you about your engagement, application, registration, or membership
  • Send newsletters, invitations, and educational content, where you’ve opted in to receive them
  • Improve our website, programs, and services based on how people actually use them
  • Run advertising campaigns and measure their effectiveness
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not use your information for any purpose that isn’t connected to one of the reasons above.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Full stop. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — the third-party platforms described in Section 1 process information on our behalf, strictly to help us deliver our services, process payments, or manage marketing. Each operates under its own privacy policy and security practices.
  • Legal requirements — if required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or government request.
  • Business transfers — if AO Consulting Group, LLC is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client and visitor information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or its successor.
  • With your direction — if you ask us to share information with a referral partner, collaborator, or strategic partner on your behalf.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including advertising pixels, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising.

These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken on our site (for example, viewing a page or submitting a form). This helps us see which content and campaigns are genuinely connecting with the people we’re trying to serve.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect how some parts of our site function, but it will not prevent you from accessing our core content.

5. SMS Communications

No user mobile SMS opt-in will be sold or shared by third parties.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Active client engagements — we retain records related to an active counseling, consulting, or coaching engagement (including proposals, session notes, and related correspondence) for as long as the relationship remains active.
  • After an engagement ends — once an engagement concludes, we retain those records unless and until you request that we delete them, subject to Section 8 below and any limited legal or financial recordkeeping requirements (for example, certain payment and tax records).
  • General website and marketing data — retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support the purposes described in Section 2, or until you opt out or request deletion.

7. How We Protect Your Information

Given the depth of what you share with us — financials, personnel matters, internal conflicts, strategic plans — we treat that information with the same seriousness we’d want if the roles were reversed.

  • Limited access. Access to client information is restricted to the people at Aeonian Ovia who need it to do their work on your engagement. Our team is small and intentional by design, and that includes who gets to see what.
  • Confidentiality as a default. Information shared with us during counseling, consulting, or coaching sessions — including financial details, personnel matters, and internal business challenges — is treated as confidential. We don’t discuss your business, your team, or your numbers outside the context of serving you, and we don’t use what we learn in one engagement to benefit another client.
  • Secure platforms. We rely on established, reputable third-party platforms for storage, scheduling, payments, and communication, each of which maintains its own industry-standard security protections.
  • Session notes and records. Notes and records from counseling and consulting sessions are stored using the same access restrictions described above and are not shared outside your engagement without your knowledge.
  • No guarantees, but real commitment. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we can’t promise that information you transmit to us will never be the target of unauthorized access. What we can promise is that we treat your trust — and everything you let us see about your business and your people — as something we’ve earned, not something we take for granted.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Wherever you’re located, you have a real say in how your information is handled. You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to the limited exceptions noted in Section 6
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, through your browser or device settings or by contacting us

If you are a California, Colorado, or other U.S. state resident

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws — such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — including the right to know what personal information we’ve collected about you, the right to request its deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Because we do not sell personal information, there is no “opt-out of sale” process required. To exercise any of the rights above, contact us at contact@aeonianovia.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

9. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

Our site links out to, and embeds content from, third-party platforms and services, as well as our social media channels. We may also maintain related sites for specific projects or publications from time to time.

Each of those platforms has its own privacy practices, and this Policy doesn’t cover them. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies before sharing information through them.

10. Children’s Privacy

Aeonian Ovia’s services are intended for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Our site and services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we’ve inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

As Aeonian Ovia grows — new programs, new tools, new ways of breathing life into the businesses we serve — this Policy may need to grow with us. When we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, or you’d like to exercise any of the rights described above, reach out — we’d genuinely rather hear from you directly than have you wonder.
